I was looking around on the internet and came across Mission Chiropractic and, more specifically, Karise Lewin. I called up and scheduled an appointment and she was very helpful and gave me some information to look up on techniques before I came in for the appointment. When It came time for the appointment, Karise, and her husband Fred, were very informative and passionate about the process and techniques they use. Everything was explained to me as they walked me through the process. As we got into the work Karise did, she did a great job hitting trouble spots and releasing tight and knotted muscles, all while being extremely friendly and making the experience enjoyable. She's definitely not out to make It "hurt good" or cause you any discomfort. Once we were done I felt great! Some of the issues I've been having were gone or drastically reduced to a point I could barely notice. As of now I still feel great and I definitely plan on coming back in soon to try see how much better I can feel after more work. I'm also interested in some of the other services Mission provides.
