When I walked in, the owner was at the counter and I wasn't given as much as a hello. Not a word was said during the transaction, and he had incorrectly written on the gift certificate and scribbled out his mistake! After the transaction was completed, not a word was said still, until I asked if I'm all set. Then, he finally said have a nice day. Never said thank you. And I was not given or offered an envelope for the gift certificate. This store will not be around long if the customer service is not improved. I know I will not be back again!

One of the owners was working while I was there and he was just wonderful!! I wish I had gotten his name. He was friendly and happy and genuine. Great customer service and I love that he smiled and greeted his customers. Nonetheless, this is a pretty nice liquor store. Their selection is vast and laid out in a way that makes it easy to browse. On a somewhat recent visit, a staff member saw me eyeing the whites, asked if I needed assistance, and then gave me really thoughtful recommendations on Chardonnays (which I took and didn't regret.) Also, they have a good assortment of pre-chilled wine in a cooler near the entrance, which makes it super easy to run in and grab something if you're shopping last-minute and need something in a rush.
