So they once didn't accept my buddy which they refer is my brother who come here regular customer buy liquors here since 2007. He is over 21 years of age and is legal to buy alcohol. These people are being very racist toward Asian people and want to look down on them. They think that the Asian people are uneducated and treat us differently. They ignored us when we come to the liquor store and didn't even bother to come and to talk or offer help. So second of all, I came back the second time to show my ID that I wasn't a baby and have a proof of my driver license that I'm not a minors. The person that sell the liquors is underage and he cannot sell alcohol until he's 21. So they are doing illegal work at the store and should be punish. As a Asian American people I feel denial for the very first time. All I want is a apology from them for being racist towards Asian customers and say sorry because this is American! We all have equal rights!!! So called the manger also posted on their Facebook story to mocked me. So the owner blocked me on all their social media platform when I revealed the truth. Hey, if you guys are racist just said that. I came back to your store with my ID and buy the alcohol it seem like you guys were very quiet. Right after I swipe my credit card and it gets Approved again, the first cashier comes over and says stop, you have to scan this void receipt first or it will mess up the system, so then she voids my order, scans the void receipt then her computer freezes W T H Then the first cashier tells her something like she should have known better, and walks away to get the manager or something- at this point I felt like enough was enough, keep your rum and make sure I dont get charged. I'm intentually leaving out details because its not my job to audit their staff or procedures (so dont tell me to "get my facts straight" because I'm not going for perfect accuracy just telling what happened to me a couple weeks ago when I had the chance to do it i.e. do not ask me their names) I'm giving 2 stars because previous experiences were good, so you all have at least a 1 in 10 chance - however they certainly won't see me again

Came in this evening for some wine, customer service was impeccable as usual…read moreI actually was chatting with the employee and was curious about how Amy B could have such a bad experience He explained that there was an employee they hired and seemed OK at first but then she quickly showed her true colors and was being rude to customers when she was alone In the store however the owner caught on within a couple weeks and terminated her very quickly but unfortunately Amy got there at the wrong time I think that's a good reminder that it's important we reach out to management when we have an issue, yes they should be monitoring Yelp and I did advise them of that as well as they should take ownership of the site and reply to Amy to apologize however I still think it's important to contact or leave a message for the manager / owner at a later time so that they can address these problems more quickly; I've had several great conversations with the owner of this place and he's a really hard-working guy, he probably doesn't get a chance to check Yelp as often as he should

I am a student veteran who has been a resident of Syracuse for several years, and a loyal patron to my community, and was extremely taken aback and offended by the manager's remarks. Perhaps, my young age or maybe even race gave the false notion that I am to be disrespected.
