I debated whether to fund the account in person, by phone and EFT or on line. I called three times to speak with a rep who was supposed to call me back but never did. I'm a single mother and count on this money every year to help offset rent, daycare etc. I battled cancer last year and because of the chemotherapy treatments, was unable to work.
