I'm a single mother and count on this money every year to help offset rent, daycare etc. I battled cancer last year and because of the chemotherapy treatments, was unable to work. The IRS is saying they never even received the missing paperwork. I'm beyond livid. I'm now trying to fix this with no help from this ridiculous firm.
