I have been doing my taxes with this company since 2016. I would never go anywhere's else to do my finances. My adviser is Bill and he is amazing. I started my own business in 2018 and when I was doing my taxes in 2019 he walked me through everything, making it all clear and easy to understand. I've never been steered wrong by Bill. He gave my fiance and I great advise on our business and finances when becoming a married couple. The ladies up front are beyond nice and so caring! I just called to make an appointment for my taxes. I asked why no one called me this year. The lady said we never call anyone to schedule an appointment. Well, someone did call me to schedule with Paul and the next year year with someone with a name of Matt ?eggart . S0 don't call me a liar. I have been a client for over 50 years. when Don Friga was a gentleman and his staff knew how to listen to people. There has to be more professionals in this business.. Been doing our taxes for around 10 years with this company and usually don't have an issue until this year. We were told someone filed their taxes under our social security number already when they went to file our taxes electronically(this was after it took over a month to complete and us calling them to see why we hadn't heard anything yet and the tax deadline was a week away). We asked them multiple times if they were sure they didn't submit our taxes already and the assured us they had not. They were little to no help on what we should do other than printing out our taxes documents and mailing it in instead, which we ended up doing. After much panic and research and almost closing our bank account we figured out that the firm did in fact already submit our taxes. They had made an error on the first submission and didn't do the process correctly to cancel before trying to resubmit. Now we have paid the wrong amount (too much) based on what they submitted and also the correct amount. We finally got a hold of our accountant and he did eventually admit to the error. He said he would get on the phone with IRS and sort it out...well after several attempts to reach back out to him to find out the results (4 weeks later at this point) we have still not heard back or received our refund. Be very careful when using this firm and if you do, double check their work. read more

Have worked with Ferron Norris since 2011 and as long as you had no complaints all was good. I would not recommend using them for investing for one simple reason..do not like to hear negative feedback. Gave okay to make an investment in October 2018 and as of June 5th still not completed. Called to talk with our investment person and was told not available and passed over to James Norris. Here are a few things he had to say about my problem. Needed a week and a half to answer my question....I called annuity company and had answer in 5 minutes. Told me things that were not true...example...I can call this afternoon and a check will be mailed same day. When I told him I would call the next day he said and I quote "I told you I do not want you calling and disrupting my day!" Was rude as well as hostile. Talked over me and not interested in my problem. He needed a week and a half to do his "due diligence"....he should have known what was going on since he is the agent of record. After talking with him, my husband who was on the speaker phone and heard both sides of the conversations said, he could call less what you want or need you need to call your contact and we need to move these accounts. The total amounts of the investments is $112,000 and a lot of money to us to be held up earning very little. I made a mistake when talking to Mr. Norris and said I was earning nothing. He kindly corrected me and told me I could not say I was earning zero...annuity company told me for that period of time we earned 1.1% I stand corrected.
