My doctor seemed fine but when there was a snafu with getting the prescription approved, no one got back to me. Not on the phone, not on Patient Gateway. Didn't get back to the pharmacist at CVS either. This went on for six weeks. Finally got Patient and Family Relations involved. Who said it was "taken care of." Well, yes, Brigham got the approval, then cancelled the prescription. Then someone called in the prescription to a compounding pharmacy (which didn't stock the medication) 30 miles away. Was that some kind of weird revenge because I dared to complain? I guess I'll never know because it's not like they're going to return my calls. But the bill for the visit? Not one second's delay in presenting that.
