The adjustments are much more comprehensive than any other doctor I've seen. I have been seeing him for awful TMJ, neck pain/forward neck posture and back pain. I'm definitely making progress and feel relief every time I leave. He doesn't rush through in two minutes and is incredibly thorough & knowledgeable. He has educated me on not just posture but the power of breathing correctly which has helped my anxiety tremendously. There is a focus on wellness being the whole person. I am so glad I did! After only one adjustment, I already felt relief. After two, more relief. After four or five, I am almost entirely pain-free. Dr. Chris is very thorough.
