The entrance has a secure entrance with passwords and alarm system. The building itself is clean and nicely decorated. I called two weeks prior to her intended start date to cancel and they reviewed the policy that they couldn't refund without filling the spot. They said they have TURNED AWAY A LOT OF PEOPLE for the spot she had, and if they could fill it they would refund ($1500). I've called several times since and they've been miraculously unable to fill the spot. Apparently no new applicants have tried to enroll their kid since. I called again to explain the situation and was met again with no empathy and no understanding in her voice, just the policy. I've reached out to corporate and received no response. I followed up and am now awaiting that. In the meantime .. Please be sure your kid WILL start school here or you'd be cutting your salary in half that month.
