I tried my best to explain to her that I wanted to apply for an unsecured personal loan and she kept interrupting me. She was very rude and I ended up speaking to another loan specialist who was equally rude. He kept interrupting me when I was asking for clarification on what documents they needed and why. I was told my application's outcome would be back in two hours. After three days, I received a call from yet another loan specialist, asking me for more documentation. I ended up canceling my application.. I will be going with another company. Overall, I can say that the Lake Forrest branch staff is very rude, impatient, and knows nothing about quality customer service. Id advise using another branch if your set on one main financial.
