With 5 years experience under my belt from two highly ranked vacation rental companies in Idaho, I thought I knew what I was getting in to. When I got to work my first day, the unorganized chaos that ensued put a bad taste in my mouth. During my "training", I was eventually left to clean by myself which I could do; however, the house I was left to clean was huge. My previous employers would have clocked the house as an 8 hour clean. I was demanded to have it done in 4. In order to make the time crunch, I had to cut corners and felt unhappy with the job I had done in such a short amount of time. Upon informing the manager of this, all I got back was accusations of time theft, berated for the poor job of cleaning (I did what was humanly possible under the time constrain and nothing was left unclean for guests), and told I would need to do better or my future as a cleaner for them would be compromised. As my first week continued, the management team became more and more frustrating and even accused other employees who worked with me on cleans of lying about what they had done to get the houses done, when I had personally witnessed them doing what management said they hadn't. All in all, I ended up quitting before my scheduled end date, not wanting to be subjected to the scare tactics, narcissistic tendencies, and unorganized chaos of the management team. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

After I paid for the non-refundable reservation payment (for the full amount), we found out some…read morethings about the rental. If we wanted to cancel, we would not get any money back. They could, for the cost of $50, change the date of the reservation. No refunds for any reason. Upon arriving in the unit, we found out that we had to strip the bedding & towels, take the garbage to a dumpster located quite some distance from the unit, and start the dishwasher before we leave. All of the "details" were discovered AFTER we paid in full. If you didn't clean everything after your stay, they can charge you $500 on your credit card. They force you to "buy" liability insurance. Which increased the cost of the unit to almost $200. They also don't guarantee any of your appliances will work or the plumbing. If you have any malfunctions, they will not refund you any money due to malfunctions. As it happened, the toilet plugged up while we were there. And it.was after they closed. The BBQ was so overused and dirty, our ribeye steaks were ruined because of uneven cooking. They told us out could sleep up to six. A queen bed & queen sofa sleeper and they provided a blow up mattress. There was no room to put the mattress it was such a small unit. We had to put linen on all the bedding. I would never recommend going through this company if you needed to rent something. Customer service was completely lacking. They took our money & then told us we could do nothing about the reservation. They didn't care of the poor experience we had renting that unit. Never again!

I was a little nervous about this place after reading some of the google reviews, but was…read morepleasantly surprised. The rental, 88 Newberg Dr, #1, looked exactly like the photos. The condo was clean and had every necessity we would've needed. The view was beautiful and there was a nice grassy area for kids to play. I am still shocked at the value for what we paid to stay here - we would've paid more at a hotel and not had a kitchen, two bedrooms, washer and dryer, bbq, outdoor patio, etc. I would definitely stay here again.
