Beware! I'm extremely disappointed. Today is the second time for a no-show. No show, no call,…read morenothing. This company says they specialize in memory care. Not true! One of the people sent out to care for my Mom isn't even a CNA. The other person didn't want to walk with my Mom. Walking and exercise are paramount to memory care. Idk if this horrible service is a result of COVID-19, post Hurricane Michael or just bad business. I see other reviews from 2 years ago with similar comments. Very disappointing!!
