Room smells like bleach. $13.00 for a bottle of Powerade! Yes $13.00 Host at the beachside restaurant was rude. Waitress was polite. We requested a bellhop to leave a cart. Bellhop spoke no English. Elmar was the first to come out, that same day as I posted my request, he seemed very knowledgeable and fair so I agreed to go with him. He and his crew was able to do the job today, just four days after my request. I could not be happier with the job they did. Every branch on the mahogany and oak trees were roped off, cut and lowered to the ground. This procedure is time consuming but very important to me as I have a fully landscaped backyard and didn't want any of it damaged. After everything was trimmed, it was all cleaned up by the crew and put in the tree shredder. All loose debris was picked up or blown clean. I highly recommend Elmar and his crew!!

I got a service that is $10 less. Called in Jan. to cancel on the phone when they reactivated account without letting me know and sent notification they were coming. They mowed without me knowing they had come (grass was too short from being mowed days before in Winter). Then they refused to refund the amount of the mowing. Fraud.
