Whenever I asked what was wrong or what had happened they would brush it off and no one knew anything. I moved her to another preschool and she started thriving socializing and not being anxious for school. My daughter is kind and to see this school take away her smile was unacceptable. The format is great, the instructors translate in real time our conversations in each class and send you the notes after. Also they have all been so kind. I like that it's over Zoom so I can be in the comfort of my space. It really is conversational learning but I've heard becomes more technical as you advance. I have had a hard time learning Spanish over the years, the learning apps have not been able to do the trick. Year after year, my girls have been helped cope the challenges they've faced and their grades have reflected the benefit of this center. According to the signed refund document, CLA was required to return the refundable portion of his payment, which is $575. The refund deadline was at the end of August. Today is September 20, and the $575 refund still has not been received. I am attaching the signed refund document confirming the refund amount. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend CLA. Be very careful before making any payments -- you may have serious difficulty getting your refundable money back.
