You'll get an appointment fill out some paperwork. You'll see Dr Raymond get some x-rays etc. he will explain everything to you in language that you can understand. If you have to have physical therapy massage therapy it's all in house. You don't have to go to three different places to get treated. It's very clean they have a restroom. All the girls at the front desk are very sweet they make you feel very welcomed. They do take insurance they have handicap parking. Don't listen to all those negative things people say. Then, even though I had an appointment the next day (after a decade of treating me), Dr. Woon left a message on my voice mail telling me that I should find a new chiropractor. Apparently I didn't even merit in person conversation. I was really hurt, as I thought that I was more than just a number. I have since found a really great chiropractor and I'm very happy with the switch, but I'll always be hurt by the way that Dr. Woon terminated the patient doctor relationship with me.

But for a long time -- right up until we moved here -- I had a chiropractor up north who nailed the spot every time so I didn't have to come in very often, and this really kept me feeling good and mobile. Over the few months I saw him, Dr. Church could sometimes get it, but it would often not really "stick," so I'd be back in later the same day or the next. He was pretty friendly at first. But as it became clear his adjustments weren't helping me, he started subtly shaming me by talking about other "very big" people he'd worked on and how challenging it was. I might've started to just think being too overweight was making so a great chiropractor couldn't help me... except that my prior one helped me *every time* and she was a woman about 1/2 his size, so I know my size and potential issues around maneuvering a heavier body could NOT have been the problem. Aside from just wishing I hadn't moved and / or hadn't taken my prior chiro for granted because she made it seem so easy to help me, I just decided I didn't need to be made to feel bad about myself by this doctor who couldn't quite get the adjustment right, so I stopped going. So if you have regular 'non-tricky' back issues and are not very overweight, you'll probably do great here.

The initial reason for my visit was a sharp pain on my back that came out of nowhere - just sitting on my bed playing with my niece, nothing strenuous at all. I was seen on the same day (can't guarantee this for everyone but seeing that I could not hold the pain any longer that day, I have to add that here). There are a lot of things that have changed since I visited Dr. Frink and Dr. York. 1. I wake up LESS at night. I've been having deep slumbers and feel well-rested the next day. 2. Less headaches and migraines for sure! I keep a log of how often I get headaches and how extreme. 3. The fingers on my right hand have been numb since 2017. I'm starting to feel them again ever since my visits and I feel like they are gradually regaining their sensation. Dr. Frink is very sweet and takes his time getting to know his patients! I would always recommend him and even if I no longer live in the area, I would still come here for their services! The receptionists/medical assistants are very nice and provide excellent customer service.
