I have to say that this working with Nicole & Dr. Cody has been one of the best experiences I have ever had with any organization. Nicole always greets you with a smile and is genuinely excited to watch the healing that takes place in the office. Dr. Cody is a godsend for both my wife, Rachel, who has several health issues and myself who was born with a club foot and have been told by doctors my whole life there is nothing they can do for me. I know a club foot what can a chiropractor do to help with a foot, the answer is amazing things. He took the time to understand how it affected my life and suggested we adjust the ankle and see if we can get some movement and hopefully get me walking without pain. To say I was skeptical would be an understatement. After just 3 sessions not only was I walking without pain but I was able to go to the Puyallup Fair with my family and keep up the whole time. The best part was I woke up the next morning with no pain or stiffness. In the past, I would have been unable to walk for several days after. I am grateful for the ability to start living my life without fear of the pain that was sure to come. I have even started to plan a few hikes that I would never have thought possible before. I've been to a handful of chiropractors in California and in the midwest, and Dr.Hansen is one of the best ones who has ever adjusted me. He's very thorough and I always leave the adjustment table happy. He is very knowledgeable and he really cares about his patients. He goes above and beyond his call of duty. Not only does he adjust his patients but he also talks to his patients about what they can do outside of the office to manage and heal their pain in a more effective manner. And he doesn't go straight back into his office after seeing a patient, he actually walks them to the door to make sure they are okay, he doesn't rush his patients. What I like most about this office is the environment, patients and staff. The music is awesome, and the office is immaculate and clean. The patients are the best, they are so much fun to conversate with. Oftentimes, Dr.Hansen is out in the waiting area hanging out with patients. The staff really listen to you. People just want to be heard. The staff doesn't just talk to the patients about their pain, co-pays and insurance, they get to know you and value you as a person. Dr. Asa is an amazing chiropractor! He is very caring, full of fun facts, easy to work with and most of all - he does great with my back re-alignment. I always feel relaxed and carefree after each appointment. I haven't been in for 2 months and within those months my body felt a lot of back pains. But after today's appointment, such a relief! Nicole, front desk/receptionist, is so inviting and easy to help me manage my appointments. She is so sweet and joyful! Felicity, massage therapist, is so great with her hands and elbows when I need my very deep tissue massages. I have never had an amazing deep tissue massages in the US until I met Felicity. Being my first pregnancy I wanted to make sure I was in the correct hands when getting adjusted & getting prenatal massages. ( I always love that, makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside ) Then I met Dr. Hansen, WOW! He has such a great sense of humor & you can tell he really loves what he does & cares about his patients. I can't rave enough about FSC. Nicole is always there to greet me with a smile, talks to me like we've been friends for years, and makes sure I'm taken care of. Paloma is some kind of mystical massage master who is amazing at finding those sore spots and knots. She always makes me laugh and gets me closer to feeling better every time I see her.
