He asked that I send him my address and that he would be in touch. Today, Jan 30, at 9:35 A.M., I get a call from an anonymous caller, It's Carlos. He didn't identify himself, he just started asking me questions. I stopped him and said that he didn't introduce or state who it is that I'm speaking to, he then identified himself and continued to try and interrogate me. He went on to mention that I had left a review. I left a google review that it was unprofessional after we made contact for him not to communicate his intentions. I'm waiting for a callback/text and a scheduling appointment and nothing. If he didn't want to accept the job, fine, be professional and say that. This man started saying facetious and insulting things about the black community. He stated the he doesn't work across the tracks in drug infested neighborhoods. I informed him that I will be updating my review to include his sentiments on the area, an area that our former mayor lives, along with nurses, educators like myself, and many other hard working people. This man had the unmitigated gall to say that he would call the police on me for harassment. I never contacted him beyond that initial phone and text on Wed, Jan 24th, that he requested of my address. This behavior is exactly why my initial review called him unprofessional, but at this juncture, it's beyond professionalism, it's problematic to say that about a community. I'm also fearful that someone who is supposed to run a professional business would call me from an anonymous number to harass me about my opinion. I will be filing a police report.

Envision the tv show Hoarders. When asked if they were going to remove the stuff in the bedrooms the predictable reply was no we are just emptying the container They did an excellent job of stacking all the boxes in the kitchen in front of and on top of the counters and were a little miffed when asked to relocate all of them to the dining room so I might have access to the things in the cupboards and use of the countertops Now you may be thinking they might be refunding or repairing or replacing to save their reputation as a local company - but you would be dead wrong Their solution was to draw up an entirely new contract with additional charges and new language as though 3 prior signed contracts did not already exist

From the first call I was instantly at ease and felt trusting in Mr.Steven. He scheduled my estimate for my plumbing job and came out within a few days to walk me through and give an in depth estimate. He took his time, asked everything he needed to know, answered the questions that I had, and even encouraged me to call with any other questions no matter how small. Ms.Brandi (the office manager) was able to send me over my official estimate and help me with payment arrangements so there was no extra stress on my end. Brandi and I scheduled my job for the following week. Mr.Steven called before arriving for the job, him and his team were on time, they were respectful of my home, my pets, and my children when they arrived home from school.They did run into a few bumps in the road, as you do with tough jobs, but they went to home depot when needed and got it knocked out all in one day vs other companies who leaves when the clock hits 5pm. He called to follow up on their work and made sure everything was 100% afterwards. Now we are moving on to our 2nd job with the company and are very pleased with the company and team so far. All in all an excellent family owned and operated business. I highly recommend Mr.Steven and his team, they won't let you down!

There isn't a curve or crease in the screen and it looks AWESOME!! They added a trap door nest to the roof so I can clean the gutters without having to get up on the roof.
