This house and roof is surrounded by beautiful oak trees. But, from water and nuts to leaves and pollen, it was so discolored. I thought for sure I would have to repaint. Then I saw this truck across the street and the job they did. I was sold!!! And let me tell you I got the fairest price in town. They blew off and power washed the roof, they power washed all the terrible orange/yellow stains on the entire house. Cleaned my travertine pavers and my fence is beautiful and white again. Don't call anyone else, these guys are the real deal and we are so happy with the work. They are in my phone forever! My house looks newly painted.

Extreme price gouging!!!! During a hard freeze this past winter my pipes froze and burst. My…read morerelative recommended this company so I called for assistance. They came the next day and repaired the damaged pipes and replaced two sub meters. The plumber they sent had never seen sub meters. He said I'd need to call JEA about them. I explained that they were mine and that I'd had them installed years prior. He had no clue where to get them. He went back to his truck after looking over the situation and I came back inside and called a plumbing supply company five minutes from my home that stated they carried them. I went out to his truck and told him where he could get the sub meters and he was sitting there clipping his nails! After a while he left and got the necessary supplies for the job and came back and made the necessary repairs. According the the owner of the company the sub meters cost $237.00 each totaling $474.00 there was four feet of PVC pipe replaced and the charge for the repair was $2,186.91. The repair took a total of three house counting the time the repair person sat in my driveway clipping his nails and doing whatever else he was doing but surely was not working on my repair. He didn't even wrap the piped with insulation after he replaced the broken pipes and meters. He told me I'd need to do that! Their hourly fee for this job works out to approximately $550.00 per hour! In my opinion that's price gouging. I spoke with Spencer, the owner of the company who told me they don't work "buy the hour" they price by the job and reminded me of overhead costs etc. He said he'd look over the paperwork for the job and see what he could do. After numerous attempts to contact him he finally offered me a $200.00 refund and said he'd mail it to me. After countless attempts to get the refund I finally drove to their "office" and in person I requested they write me a check. I waited about twenty minutes and got the $200.00 refund. I will NEVER call this company again!

After explaining the problem Costal rushed out the same day and was shocked that Tyson, who is not a licensed electrician, completely screwed up my installation. Not only was the wrong outlet put in but the wires were so loose that if they had come loose l, and connected to the box it could have killed anyone coming in contact with the exterior box. I highly recommend Coastal, a licensed electrician should you need electrical work done.

From the first call I was instantly at ease and felt trusting in Mr.Steven. He scheduled my estimate for my plumbing job and came out within a few days to walk me through and give an in depth estimate. He took his time, asked everything he needed to know, answered the questions that I had, and even encouraged me to call with any other questions no matter how small. Ms.Brandi (the office manager) was able to send me over my official estimate and help me with payment arrangements so there was no extra stress on my end. Brandi and I scheduled my job for the following week. Mr.Steven called before arriving for the job, him and his team were on time, they were respectful of my home, my pets, and my children when they arrived home from school.They did run into a few bumps in the road, as you do with tough jobs, but they went to home depot when needed and got it knocked out all in one day vs other companies who leaves when the clock hits 5pm.
