    Broken electrical relay wiring box

    Brinson is the worst dealership! I drove in there back in April 29,2022 with oil in my coolant reservoir. I left my car there til May 9, 2022 waiting for a diagnostic I never got to this day. The service manager said I needed a new engine cause they had another jeep there with the same problem. They lied on me, I was told to take my jeep back there by FCA stating my engine was was under warranty. They came up with every reason under the sun why it's not covered by warranty, gave me a $29,514.17 engine estimate. Problem was really just the oil cooler. They broke all kinds of other stuff in the process. I've picked up, turned around and brought it back a ton of times. Paid full coverage for this whole year for a car they've had that I couldn't drive, they forced me to buy another vehicle so I'm out of another $47,000. March 2023 they left a pcv hose disconnected and I got sick could have died from carbon monoxide poisoning, had to turn around and take it right back again. My husband bought a carbon detector and just finally said we're picking it up. They have broken a $3000 + wiring harness, left pieces missing off my engine etc. This is a disaster, I took care of my jeep it was a very nice indoor stored vehicle always Dodge Ram dealerships fixed. I'm so disappointed, and just disgusted with this place. These are just some of the pictures... RUN Go elsewhere...

    12 trips to service, 2 carpets replaced, 1 headliner replaced, 1 sunroof replaced, and the windshield reinstalled. It still leaked and rattled like a 20 year old car. Finally gave up and traded the car in. Then they resold it knowing it leaked. Not Good!

    I had a 2500 RAM from here. Great truck and friendly staff. Also, I had a moment when I need the service department and the service staff was fast and got me back on the road. I've been very satisfied with the sales department and the service department. Thank you

    1 month later and still no follow up. I now Cannot rely on my TPMS. Tire pressure now is a constant worry for me.

During a thee week effort to find a new commuter car, I dealt with 20+ Kia and Toyota Dealers. I ran into one honest Kia Dealer, who would sell me a base model Forte for $28K. Also, one honest Toyota dealer, who would sell me Corolla L, for $29K, when it came in. Both of those prices include a market adjustment over $5K. At least the told me, before I drove there. On my way to the metro, I passed Stewart, because they didn't have any new Corollas, when I was looking. On my way home, I stopped. The first person I met, was the General Manager. I told him the story. He thanked me for being there, and promised this would be different. He promptly paired me with Brandon, my Salesman. They didn't have the car I wanted. They promised to call, at Noon, when they had their allocation. When called, Brandon took a deposit over the phone, ensuring my car was reserved. My car came in. The deal we discussed, before there was a car, was honored. My trade appraisal was more than fair. No unwanted dealer add ons were forced upon me. I was in and out. From the moment I walked in, until I drove away in my new car, the Stewart Team did everything they said they would. In the future, if Toyota makes a vehicle that fits my needs, and Stewart has it, I'll buy it. Thank you very much!

    I've visited this dealership a couple of times now. I was always greeted promptly. The sales staff…read moreis friendly, helpful, and not overly-aggressive. During my first visit, I was informed that the vehicle I was interested in was unavailable (I had checked their online inventory before visiting). I was told that if I wanted a specific car they could order it and have it by the next day for me. Although I wasn't ready to "order" a car just yet. I revisited the dealership a few days later. I had received an email showing a vehicle I might be interested in. Again the vehicle was not available. This time the salesperson offered to drive the car to me the next day and presented me with an attractive price on the vehicle. I understand the nature of businesses in smaller towns so I appreciate the attention to the matter. The inventory in smaller town dealerships must be somewhat smaller than in larger cities. But the fact of the matter is this dealership is willing to take the extra steps to help facilitate the sale. This shows me that the dealer does value my time as a customer. Now back to the vehicle purchase... I'm looking forward to checking out the vehicle when the representative comes to visit. It looks like what I'm looking for and the pricing seems competitive! I'll follow up and let you know how it goes!

Since it was Saturday, a salesman told that they were really busy and they probably wouldn't get back to me till Monday. I left 2 messages. It's been a week and no call. I was looking to buy another truck, but if this is the way they treat customers...no way!
