Absolutely Unacceptable Service & Dangerous Negligence! If I could give zero stars, I would. My friend's son visited Texas Tire in Longview last Tuesday and spent $2,200 on brand-new tires and wheels. Less than a week later, while driving to work this morning, a wheel completely fell off due to their negligence. It is obvious they used the wrong size lug bolts and lug nuts, putting his safety--and the safety of others on the road--at serious risk. When the young man called the store, the manager refused to provide a corporate contact number and refused to help with towing the vehicle back to their shop. Instead, they told my him to handle it himself. This is completely unacceptable. A reputable business should own up to their mistakes and do everything possible to make it right. Texas Tire's lack of responsibility and disregard for customer safety is beyond disappointing--it's dangerous. I wouldn't trust them with another vehicle at this point, and I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere unless you want to risk dealing with the same careless service. I will be sharing this experience with everyone I can until this situation is made right. read more

A while back, I was lied to about what a good warranty a more expensive tire would provide, though the price seemed high I went with it figuring I'd get what I paid for. after they had the new tires on my rims I went back in to ask for a receipt that showed my warranty and was told "I didn't tell you those had that warranty and we dont provider proof of warranty for our customers". I told the "manager" what I thought about this and walked back out to watch them finish and to spite me I guess this guy stopped his guys from putting the tires on the back of my truck, told me that putting them back on my vehicle would be an additional cost and I lost it on the guy. after telling him that I would be seeking legal services if he didn't do this for me he agreed to, but then helped the guy that pulled up next before putting my tires back on my truck which took half an hour more while I'm stuck there. it makes it all the worse that they were obviously favoring the customers with certain race or ethnic characteristics over others which I have never done to anyone in my life and I work in direct home services! these people are crooks, they lie, they charge double pricing if you don't match the customer type they prefer and I've steered countless people from their business. I'd give zero stars if that was possible. They should not be in business. read more

I was on my way from Houston to Dallas when my tire pressure light came on. I pulled into Texas Tires and they had me back in the road in literally like 20 min. They found a screw in my tire. Not only were they quick but they were very friendly and knowledgeable. Their waiting room was clean and they have a huge showroom of wheels. read more

Hit some scrap metal on 45 north going to Dallas and blew out a tire . AAA came out and installed spare but unfortunately it had a slow leak . Stopped off in Corsicana at Texas Tire . Within 30 minutes had both tires replaced for a reasonable price and back on the road . Appreciate the good service. Highly recommend for tires. read more

I am so disappointed. My fiancé has been waiting on his wheels to be repaired since FEBRUARY while it was still under warranty. Every time he called he was getting the run around. Telling him that they don't have the proper paperwork. Employees asking who is going to pay for the return shipping of the wheels... as if they don't do this frequently. Finally after calling repeatedly, they connected him with Justin in MARCH. At first, he seemed helpful. We dropped off his wheels/tires and he said he contacted the company who makes the tires and got a shipping label and would ship them off. We were glad someone was finally listening. We called over time, and waited, and called. And then today, we called and decided to go pick up his rims, which are also quite damaged (the spokes). It has been 4 months of waiting. We call, they do not give us updates or call us. So today, MAY 17, I talked to this guy who wouldn't give me his name, but said he was the boss. He kept saying things like, i understand, i would be frustrated too but you have to wait, or our warranties aren't always guaranteed. I told him, what do you want us to do now? He told us to call back tomorrow for Justin. But we have called him for months, nothing has changed. So he suggested to call their main office. I left. As I walked out, i told a customer coming in, be careful buying tires here, just don't do it. I did this out of frustration and I understood it was rude and I do apologize for that, it was not helpful at all. But we are beyond frustrated, and saddened that this is our experience here. So anyways I went into the shop and asked for the wheels....and they proceeded to give me the whole tire/wheel?!!!‍ That they said they had sent back for us in MARCH. So, I went back in to ask for the number for the head location and the boss said, he refused to talk to me since i spoke to a customer. The thing is, aren't we customers? Which customers matter and which ones don't? You would think they would have accommodated us just a little bit, called us for updates, but they ignore calls and send us in circles, and now--lie about returning our wheels as we have found out.. I think we just have to take this loss. But please beware. Many of us aren't made of money, and 4,000-5,000 is a couple of months of pay...but I feel like they did not care at all about our situation. Certain customer's money isn't valued or appreciated. I believe this place to be quite crooked, unorganized when it comes to their files, and I hope that no one else experiences these issues. read more

The low tire pressure light came on as I was moving from Dallas to Houston! I stopped at Texas Tires to see if they could figure out what was wrong so that I could get back on the road. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and informed me that my low tire pressure light was actually due to my car being loaded down with my belongings. They reset my car for me and I was able to get back on the road within 10 minutes! I definitely recommend! read more

These people fraudulently advertise no credit check when in fact they do run a credit check.

Waited an hour to get a flat fixed while numerous people were behind the counter BSing instead of getting anything in the shop done. They seemed more concerned about what everybody was doing after work instead of working. Not impressed and with won't trade here again. read more

I drove into town late on a Friday night, planning to pick up my mom and drive to Little Rock the next day. Wouldn't you know the tire light went on. I tried to put air in at a gas station with zero luck, in the pouring rain, while trying to hold an umbrella. Since I didn't want to drive with low tires in bad conditions, I pulled in to Texas Tires. They pumped up the tires in a few minutes and wouldn't take payment. It probably wasn't a big deal to them, but it was huge for me. read more

I called this company because my parents were stranded. He told me he would be able to help them and would arrive in 30 minutes. After 45 minutes I called him and he stated he'd be there in 30-45 minutes, that turned into an hour. I called him again he said he'd be there in 15 minutes another 30 minutes goes by and the guy is still a no show. I called him one last time he tried to give me an excuse about his gps telling him where to exit I told him if he was not going to be able to make it he might as well just tell me so I can figure something else out for my parents. He immediately caught an attitude and told me he was halfway there, at that point it had been 2.5 hours since he originally told me he was on his way. I stated that fact, he told me I could cancel if I wanted to and hung up before I could respond. I'm very upset because he left my parents stranded in a strange city. This man lacks integrity and will never receive a dollar from me. If you want to do business with someone you can trust stay far away from these people! read more

Place is a scam!! Each and every person you talk to has there own price for tires!! I called 3 different times on prices for the same tires and each person I talked to said a crazy price!! Had a flat on I 45 SB had to call Highway Patrol, traffic was horrible. The officer suggested K & S in Corsicana they told my husband that they were closing and they didn't have anyone to stay so he'd be charged double. We found Texas Tire on Hwy 31 and they were out to help us right away. Carlos the manager was very nice and the guys fixed us up. Definitely 6 stars for this place. read more
