2022 is a time that lets Auto Dealers be as heavy handed, unresponsive, and deceptive as they chose to be. During a thee week effort to find a new commuter car, I dealt with 20+ Kia and Toyota Dealers. I ran into one honest Kia Dealer, who would sell me a base model Forte for $28K. Also, one honest Toyota dealer, who would sell me Corolla L, for $29K, when it came in. Both of those prices include a market adjustment over $5K. At least the told me, before I drove there. On my way to the metro, I passed Stewart, because they didn't have any new Corollas, when I was looking. On my way home, I stopped. The first person I met, was the General Manager. I told him the story. He thanked me for being there, and promised this would be different. He promptly paired me with Brandon, my Salesman. They didn't have the car I wanted. They promised to call, at Noon, when they had their allocation. When called, Brandon took a deposit over the phone, ensuring my car was reserved. My car came in. The deal we discussed, before there was a car, was honored. My trade appraisal was more than fair. No unwanted dealer add ons were forced upon me. I was in and out. From the moment I walked in, until I drove away in my new car, the Stewart Team did everything they said they would. In the future, if Toyota makes a vehicle that fits my needs, and Stewart has it, I'll buy it. Thank you very much!

I have to give the biggest thank you to Toyota (Stewart) and the Rep Todd who took care of a complete strangers (myself and some friends) stuck on the side of the interstate where we ran out of gas. I walked 10 mins to the dealership and without any hesitation, my good brother Todd went to work to get us fuel. True American with a good heart. Forever grateful, I always say when you put good energy out into the universe, it comes back around for sure. Thanks a million Todd.

After buying many vehicles, I was sold a terrible vehicle that became undriveable within a few months of purchase.

I recently purchased a 2024 Montana from Fun Town RV in Corsicana. I've been an RVer for 20 years…read moreand have had purchased many, many RVs from dealerships. This was, by far, the smoothest sales experience because of Garret S. He was always responsive and easy to work with. There was no pressure, no traditional "RV sales tactics," and was willing to walk me through as much as I needed or step back if I didn't. When I took delivery of the RV it was ready on time and everything was in working order. While that SHOULD be expected, if you've bought an RV before you know this is not the industry norm. I drove 2,000 miles round trip from Northeast Tennessee - passing several other dealers I negotiated with - to get to Fun Town. Garret made the experience worth it and I appreciated how quick and easy the transaction was. After getting back home and going through the rig more thoroughly, the ONLY thing that needed to be fixed was done so with two turns of plumbers tape. It was, again by far, the best experience in my 20 year RVing history.

Absolutely Unacceptable Service & Dangerous Negligence!…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. My friend's son visited Texas Tire in Longview last Tuesday and spent $2,200 on brand-new tires and wheels. Less than a week later, while driving to work this morning, a wheel completely fell off due to their negligence. It is obvious they used the wrong size lug bolts and lug nuts, putting his safety--and the safety of others on the road--at serious risk. When the young man called the store, the manager refused to provide a corporate contact number and refused to help with towing the vehicle back to their shop. Instead, they told my him to handle it himself. This is completely unacceptable. A reputable business should own up to their mistakes and do everything possible to make it right. Texas Tire's lack of responsibility and disregard for customer safety is beyond disappointing--it's dangerous. I wouldn't trust them with another vehicle at this point, and I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere unless you want to risk dealing with the same careless service. I will be sharing this experience with everyone I can until this situation is made right.

A while back, I was lied to about what a good warranty a more expensive tire would provide, though…read morethe price seemed high I went with it figuring I'd get what I paid for. after they had the new tires on my rims I went back in to ask for a receipt that showed my warranty and was told "I didn't tell you those had that warranty and we dont provider proof of warranty for our customers". I told the "manager" what I thought about this and walked back out to watch them finish and to spite me I guess this guy stopped his guys from putting the tires on the back of my truck, told me that putting them back on my vehicle would be an additional cost and I lost it on the guy. after telling him that I would be seeking legal services if he didn't do this for me he agreed to, but then helped the guy that pulled up next before putting my tires back on my truck which took half an hour more while I'm stuck there. it makes it all the worse that they were obviously favoring the customers with certain race or ethnic characteristics over others which I have never done to anyone in my life and I work in direct home services! these people are crooks, they lie, they charge double pricing if you don't match the customer type they prefer and I've steered countless people from their business. I'd give zero stars if that was possible. They should not be in business.
