Took around 1.5 hours for food to be delivered. 2. There was no option to order rice online. We realised about 5 minutes after placing our order and phoned the restaurant directly to add rice. They promised to add complimentary rice with our order. It was not provided. 3. Rice was delivered another 40 minutes or so after original order. 4. Entrees arrived cold. 5. Quality of food was much lower than previous dine-in experiences.
