I like how it's usually…read morenot that busy and this can be a relatively quiet place to have a cold beverage and read a book or watch sports on their TV. I also enjoy the view of the golf course. The place is fairly small but that's what I like about it. The service is always friendly and prompt. It's always nice and clean and well kept. The food is usually pretty good as well. The fish and chips are usually fairly good just the portion is slightly smaller than I like. There's always plenty of parking as well!!

They have one size basket, which is the size of your typical large, for $10. They take cash and card. The balls are dispensed from a standard ball machine with the range token they give you. The staff consists of one college kid working the window. No complaints there at all. What I really didn't appreciate is coming here mid morning on a Friday and having to listen to some guy who wants to be the father of the next Tiger Woods coach his kid on how to swing a golf club. Do that at home. No one wants to be subjected to that. Shut your mouth, put your phone away, and stop making this a terrible experience for the rest of us. Based on that alone I don't see myself coming back here. Update after leaving: The crappy conditions are enough of a reason not to come back. They do not have gnats. What they did was took the grass carpet and cut it into squares. You have to pick the ball perfectly clean or risk hurting yourself or damaging a club. The balls are among the worst I've ever seen at any range. One and five is either cracked or cut by a mower blade. The range ball machine has been dialed back not to fill up the basket all the way. Take that for what it's worth. All in all I really did not enjoy my time here and consider it a big waste of money.

Some of the greens leave a bit to be desired, bare patches and some dirt, but for the most part they're not bad. Everyone I've met while playing has been very friendly and helpful with course tips. The course opens with three par 4s right in a row, so you'll be hitting driver right away. There is water on a few holes and the sand traps are on the harder packed side, but they're strategically placed so be careful. You can easily walk 9 in 1:15 without feeling rushed, making it a great choice for a quick pre- or post-work round.
