He made several suggestions about ways to handle the different situations, and was more than accommodating to all requests. I ended up having Travis weed 4 massive flower beds, trim a large overgrown bush, cut back 60' of a tall hedge row, lay 4 cubic yards of mulch, and re-sod several areas of the lawn. It was a massive undertaking, and on one of the hottest days of the summer. Everything turned out better than I expected, considering the amount of work to be done that day. I wanted the bushes trimmed and beds cleaned, yard cut weed eated and edged, and the vines cut back and cleaned around the garage. Their website shows all these beautiful lawns they've done. But what you won't see is what they did to my lawn. Their response to my email is that they removed a 6-foot bed of debris out of our yard. My response is I paid $500 for this job to be done and it looks like shit. They didn't even bother to edge or weed eat my lawn. And it looks like the lawn mower they used had dull blades, there's grass sticking up everywhere. And after a lawn is done I don't expect to have to go out and rake up piles that they just left in my yard. I'd love to be able to leave pictures to show the butcher job.
