I grew up going to this car wash and was so sad that it was closed for a quite sometimes, but now the wash is better than ever. The people who work up here are so kind, and the attendants in the actual wash are extremely attentive to rinsing down your car before you go through the wash process. I usually don't do memberships but next time I come back I'll be getting on. read more

The girl in the Nike workout gear was guiding people into the bay while talking to the other girl sitting in the chair. My tires were not centered and I don't feel comfortable going back. Gimmick-y but does a half decent job. I've been twice since they opened. Both times my car was 95% cleaner after going through.. Not enough to complain about it. Vaccums are hit and miss. First time they didn't have enough suction but the second time I used the middle set and had much better results. I think if has kids they'd be begging to go through because the light show is pretty psychedelic. read more

Very disappointed in the $99 detail. I should have hired a couple of neighborhood kids instead. Had a sign up to contact the manager if you are not happy with the results, however I thought - why bother. Ya don't get a crew or even 2 people working on your car - just one and a crappie vacuum. Most real review ever. The workers are awesome. They make your kids smile. They give them lollipops. The car wash itself is probably a three out of five. I feel like to get that show shine. You would have to run it through twice and I had the top of the line with all extras monthly. Here's why the one star review. In February, I totaled out my car. I have gone in and asked them to cancel the membership three times. One of the workers takes down all of your information says not a problem it'll be canceled and it does not get canceled. I have called numerous times and left voicemails giving them all the pertinent data to cancel. They will not cancel it. They continue to charge your card and they do not call you back. If you cancel your card, they are enrolled in a visa program, where they will get your new one and continue to charge your membership. In short, if you're looking for an OK wash That's fun for the kiddos pay the money. If you go with the membership, you will legitimately have to call your bank and have them fight for you to get it canceled. Either way good luck. read more

Went through the car wash paid for the second to most expensive wash and the young man preached the driver side and not the passenger side leaving bug guts all over the windshield and front on my van which is black. Wentback around and asked for a rewash and was told they needed approval from management. Ran back through and noticed no foam spray or wax just water amd it still was not clean and will never go back. read more

I have been to this wash twice now and it is the best in the area but it still has some kinks I hope they work out. Currently during COVID they have someone that stands at the machine and pushes all of the buttons for you, all you have to do is put in your credit card. When we were there the man doing that was very kind. The basic wash is a great deal but I would honestly pay $1 more for it to do a better job. My windows always seem to be left with soap on them so that I have to clean them when I get home. The people in the wash itself directed you and spraying your vehicle down are not friendly. They yell a lot. They have vacuums but I have not used them. read more

My car was not even excessively dirty inside, however, because they put time limits on the interior cleaning, and because the guy kept running off to grab things for other customers, my car didn't get completed within their "time limit". This is an amazing car wash! My car is sooo clean afterward and I've never had any issues or damage. It always gets even the worst stuck on dirt and debris off. Even if I'm far away, I'll make the drive to get my car washed here. I love the way my car looks brand new after. The management is so nice and respectful. Came here the other day and I had a question about how the wash was performed. I wanted to know if it was touch free, so I rang the assistance bell since no one was out front. After waiting for about two minutes I rang it again and waited another couple of minutes. When the man finally came out he was angry that I was ringing the bell. He told me he can't just drop everything he's doing and come out here, after asking my question he walked away and said thanks for pressing it so many times for that question. RUDE! read more

They are currently doing some upgrades so all the vacuums are out of use, they took away tire shine for the members (unless of course you buy the high dollar membership) so I now have to do it myself, but worst of all ---- They are ALWAYS closed early without notice. If you're going to close early maybe post about it on FB. Or start opening at 7:00am! Some of us drive out of our way to come to this car wash.... The end. read more

Here are some points to consider before using the Brite Car Wash in Belton, Mo. - $4.99 seems like a great deal for basic service car wash. However, the brushes do not reach corners well or bottom of hatched back doors - $4.99 service does not provide the pre-wash spray. This requires you to pay for add-On's. You will need to pay at least $10-$15 to make it worth it. - on busy days the "free" vacuum can only accommodate 8-10 cars. Several cars did not get to vacuum car due to management moving line. - at the time of my visit 3 vacuum stalls did not work. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT YOU SHOULD CONSIDER - THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE A CLAIMS SYSTEM ESTABLISHED. this mean if the car wash damages your car they do not have insurance paperwork or incident report for you to fill out. We had to call the police to make the owner provide something. Even then the police officer still had to explain why this paperwork is so important. This is not a place of business that has thought through how to truly take care of the customer. read more

Great place for a 1st job. Love working here, the owners are very hands on and give and recive input from employees. As a customer $15 is a steal for all the stuff you get a lot of other places would charge you close to $20 and they dont get as cleaned. If you are scared that it will scratch your car, don't worry the brushes are closed cell foam which means it wont scrach your car. read more

Imagine my surprise when I took my 3 year old Toyota through the wash and heard my rear wiper being ripped off by the machine. After being told by the kid on duty that it happens and they didn't cover that and then the manager/owner telling me that I could ask for a rear blade cover (never been to a car wash that didn't put them on automatically) and she wasn't liable because they have a sign up at the entrance, she would be willing to order the part and have one of the guys that is good with that kind of stuff to replace it for me. What happens if the motor for the rear wiper has an issue now due to the arm being ripped off or if the blade, which they would not replace, is bent. My vehicle is serviced regularly and wipers etc are checked. Not understanding how I am out money to fix something that YOUR business broke. It cost $126.87 to fix this and I was signed up for their monthly carwash club for $24.99. If I subtract the cost to fix my wiper from the $299.88 that I would have spent ar this business, I guess I ended up saving a little money!!! read more
