I canceled my membership at the Belton, Missouri location and they confirmed in their system that it shows canceled. Despite that, the monthly charges continue. The staff says it's a "corporate issue," but there is no way to contact corporate to resolve it. It appears the company has made it nearly impossible for customers to reach anyone who can actually fix billing problems. Continuing to charge consumers after cancellation is exactly the type of recurring billing issue Missouri lawmakers have tried to address. If this isn't refunded immediately, I will be filing a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General. read more

Great car wash! So glad there is a nice clean option to get my car wash instead of Go Car Wash that is always broken. Mcbees has great customer service! Highly recommend membership and it has been so nice. You get dash wipes and air fresheners also. Free vacuums work great!! read more

The service when purchasing a car wash was awesome. The gentlemen was super helpful when selecting a wash perfect for me. I will say the carwash seemed kind of pricey. After going through it my car has never looked cleaner. I selected the cleanest wash, relieved a free car scent, and was offered a cup of coffee. On top of all that I get to use the free vacuum stations, with so many accessories. I will be back and I would recommend this place to everyone! read more

Mc Bee's Coffee & Carwash: exactly what I was looking for in a carwash. I use the monthly plan with the most expensive choice and get excellent results. No marring the finish on our vehicles. Very little residual water droplets to contend with. I/we usually go at least 5 times a month. This is less expensive than going to another place which was hit and miss to say the least. We believe we are customers for life. read more

The service at the attendant station was really good and positive. The ultimate car wash, not as much. I invested in the ultimate after returning from a road trip. Obviously, my car had remnants of big guts all over. After the 2nd run through the wash, bug carcasses remain. read more

I am moving and cancelled my monthly membership via text as I was instructed to do. I was not cancelled as requested so I went in person and dealt with a young girl that had no idea what she was doing but had me sign a piece of paper. I have followed up with them 5 times since 6/12 and they simply ignore messages. I mentioned that today and was told, "yes, sorry about that but we've been busy". However if I drove up today they would immediately sign me up if I wanted. Terrible customer service! read more

The hours posted on the website are 7:00am-8:00pm. i have never seen them open at 7:00am. I come through Belton on my way to work so I bought the Ultimate membership package with the intent of getting my car washed weekly. I frequently have to bypass the car wash because they are not open. I don't drive this way in the afternoon so at this point the membership is a waste of money. I'm currently waiting in the parking lot, it's 7:15am and the place is still dark. If you plan on getting your car washed first thing in the morning, this isn't the place to go. read more
