This is a smaller carwash than most, but please don't be deceived. I put them up with the best of 'um! They are located in south Kansas City & I've literally traveled ALL over the place for a 'worth it' carwash. Many have disappointed. I've been to the biggest & newest & the oldest & not-so-appealing ones, but this place is excellent, I kid you not. I am big on seeing my teeth shine through my car & I want the tires the same. I must say, it has rained & rained again & my tires are STILL shining. I don't know what product or system is used, but I am one happy camper for this. Out of ALL the carwashes in the two Kansas Cities, they have my vote for tire shine. The carwash is just as great & I appreciate that no matter how long I stay away, when I return I can count on the same outstanding quality & the fair bang for my buck makes my wallet sing! This place used to be the best car wash in the area. It has constantly had major issues over the…read morelast year or two. The machines were often broken, then it would only take cash (the fact that it accepted cards was one of the main reasons I liked it). Today was the absolute last straw. I brought quarters with me, knowing they likely wouldn't be working with cards. I started putting quarters in, nothing happened. Couldn't even get my money back. Turns out the entire place is not working. According to Google the place is permanently closed. I had no idea it was actually closed until I went to look it up after the fact... why because there are zero signs indicating that on premise, they have all the stalls open still, they have all the machines able to take coins still. Outrageous. If your place is closed, then do not make it look like it is open still. Good riddance.

Dust was still ALL OVER dash AND EVERYWHERE (looks like they barely dry-wiped it but didn't use…read morewater or cleaning products anywhere in car). Lots of spots on leather seats (easily removed by me with damp paper towel), so they obvi didn't clean let alone condition the leather as I paid for. Didn't clean rear view mirror, area on steering wheel column, nor plastic plate cover speedometer, odometer, radio monitor was filthy, etc. This is the second time this happened there. Never use Waldo for a car detail!

They have hot water for washing and rinsing, which is a huge place in the winter time. The price for what you get seems to be fair with self service. I went on a Thursday night and the facility was in quite disrepair. Two of the bays were closed had cones blocking them. The automatic wash was closed as well. There were four or five employees running around doing something or other. There were a couple guys sitting on stools doing nothing. I worked at a car wash. We didn't have stools. When things were broken, we fixed them instead of sitting around. Maybe things are different now. The potential for a really great experience here, but I didn't have one. I will give them another shot. Maybe it was an off night.
