That was my mistake. I went back the next morning, because they do not have a working phone number, and told him to not do anything with the dress that I would be back that afternoon with someone to help me. He had already taken my dress to their Yukon location. I asked him if they could bring the dress back or what I needed to do. He said "the dress will be back on Monday. Come back and we will measure and then send it back. You can pick it up on Wednesday or Thursday." So I show up Monday afternoon and the dress is not there. He tried to hand me two different dresses that were not mine. Wonder who else is missing a dress at this point? He then tells me that the dress is still in Yukon and that I can go there. He did not tell me where his Yukon store was located. They also do not have a working phone number. I finally got him to tell me where the hemming would actually be done. It was at a completely different location. This location was a little better. we got it measured and figured out. I will never be going back. I will never recommend this to anyone. Yes part of this was my fault for leaving the dress with them. But misplacing it, not doing what the customer is asking. And having them drive out of town to even find the dress is ridiculous. They have no order of what they are doing other than dry cleaning. I would stop advertising about alterations if they don't even do them. They send them to someone else.
