No one checked in to tell me if anyone would be right with me or how long I would have to wait. I'm. It sure if they were short staffed, but I was not told that either. When my name was finally called, I went to the back and met Dr. Noorani. He did the consultation and explained he wanted to do an expander then braces. I declined the expander and told him I just wanted to do braces even if they were on a little longer. I asked the price and he said someone would come to explain the financial component. He also told me my insurance stopped at age 26. When I disagreed and stated they provide $2000 (because I checked my benefits BEFORE making a consultation appointment) he told me "they can call again but they already checked and it doesn't cover anything". He was very dismissive. A women came in with a folder and gave me a paper with Damon System listed as $6100 and my insurance as $0 contribution. When I asked for the TRADITIONAL braces she responded "he didn't offer that option so may you don't qualify based on your assessment". I did my research on the Damon System vs. Traditional braces AND I was referred by one of the clients who told me they will try to offer the Damon system because it's more expensive but she declined and they gave her Traditional braces for the bottom . Now she is trying to get some money back because she had the Damon system for the top and they ended up switching it mid treatment because the assessment wasn't accurate . I left, checked my dental benefits AGAIN, and called another orthodontist the next day. I am currently in traditional braces, at a lower price, with the $2000 that my insurance plan offered . If they took the time to listen and refrain from being dismissive they would have another client. Smh .

At this point, I trust everyone who works here and finding a new dentist just didn't seem worth it. From the dental hygienists to the front desk staff to Dr. Anton himself, everyone is professional and friendly. They're not the kind of dentist that will recommend something just because - they keep it real and try to save you money and time. Scheduling is easy to do via text. I personally HATE going to the dentist but they make things feel a little less scary. I recently had to get a filling and was so nervous. Dr. Anton didn't even need to use anaesthetic and completed the job painlessly within 10 minutes. I was so impressed and relieved when it was over so quickly. I would definitely recommend Dr. Anton if you're in the market for a new dentist.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful during every call and interaction. The office was nice and clean. The dental staff answered all my questions and provided feedback on my first visit with them. The quality of care was good and I have no complaints thus far. Did have to pay $29 for fluoride because my insurance did not cover it. They told me upfront what my cost would be if I decided to get it. No other cost outside of that due to my insurance coverage. Follow up in 6 months and we will see how that goes. I did not have any rude or uncomfortable experience with my visit.

I scheduled, and due to my own fault, I missed the appointment. I called the next day after realizing it, and was met with the MOST rude office manager. She told me that I was blocked from making a new appointment because I missed my "new patient" appointment. I told her I'd been in once before and she said b/c it was an EMERGENCY appointment that I was still considered "new" (mind you this isn't my primary dentist but I was thinking of switching over) so they basically BANNED me for accidentally mixing up the date of my appointment. I went in the office to personally speak with someone in charge and to my surprise, the office manager didn't give the same energy she had over the phone once I dropped in- she then offered to speak with someone to see if I "could get rescheduled" which I later found out SHE could've easily done the reschedule. I don't know what type of games this office is playing, and everytime I've been in there they are empty- they should want the business. I called to the Towson office was promised a call back by the owners and that NEVER happened- that was a week ago. So, I'd say take your business elsewhere if you can.

My daughter sees the orthodontist at the PERRY HALL location. The hygienist there has been rude…read moreduring several of her visits and she's a child. My daughter was seen on Tuesday, July 13th and the hygienist was snappy and rude, she refused to listen to my daughter concern about how the removal of her wisdom teeth may have caused a gap to return between her two front teeth. My daughter attended her appointment for the first time without an older adult because she is 18 but when she return home after her appointment she was so upset because the hygienist was so rude and her tone was so harsh when she spoke to her. My daughter said that the orthodontist, Dr. Jessie was there and her attitude was no better and my daughter said she noticed that Dr. Jessie had positive energy when treating other patients but when she arrived at her station had demeanor and body language changed and she was less friendly. Since we started my daughter's braces treatment at Perry Hall location it has been one issue after another. There were many times when the staff and the hygienist were not friendly. I've tried to move her treatment to one of their other offices, and they made it so challenging that it didn't happen so she finished her treatment at the Perry Hall location. This journey was not pleasant for my daughter or myself. I would not recommend anyone to use the Perry Hall location.

Now we are almost done with treatment with my youngest daughter and it turned out worse that it was before her treatment began. She had a very difficult case, which didn't seem to phase them during consultation, they charged us 2x as much because it was going to take more work to fix. 18 months later, she has a tooth with root reabsoption, because of too much trauma on the tooth when they were moving it. We initially sought treatment for her crossbite, but now it is a severe underbite that jets out and they refused to do extractions even though there was severe crowding on the bottom they straightened out, her front teeth are almost coming out of the jaw bone as there is not enough space and they are stretched so thin. The teeth barely fit and her bottom jaw jets out, but the doctors are ready to take her braces off, as they insist there's nothing they can do now.

He is caring and friendly, too! His practice is very busy, so there's an efficiency needed to how he and his team see patients--don't expect to spend 15 minutes shooting the breeze. (During my consult, however, he spent at least 20 minutes with me answering questions and getting to know me.) Orthodontics is typically an 'in and out' process no matter where you go. It's important to note that I never had to wait more than 5 minutes past my appt time. I had braces in the 90's, but the ortho back then couldn't fix my open bite. In my early 40's my teeth were noticeably shifting and I decided to try Invisalign. I wanted a top doctor and after much research chose Dr. Markovitz as he's in the top 1% of Invisalign orthodontists. I did a consult at another ortho and the treatment quote was $2000 higher. Dr. Markovitz was realistic with me from the onset about what my treatment would and wouldn't achieve. I was in Invisalign about 15 months and had zero issues (full compliance is important). His team is amazing and I always felt in experienced hands. Taking my 6th grader in for a consult soon!

Completely embarrassed and over four hours away from my dentist in NY, I immediately sought referrals to a dentist. Someone recommended Dr. White, and I have been going to see him ever since. When I had my "emergency," Dr. White fit me in the next day. Granted, I had to wait a while since I didn't have a formal appointment, but he was able to quickly fix my problem... And my teeth look great! In addition, I had crummy insurance at the time that was NY-based. Dr. White's staff made extensive calls and worked with the insurance company even though it clearly was not one of their preferred plans. Since then, I have been back for cleanings multiple times. Expect to hear funky music (not your typical elevator, lite FM music) in the halls. The cleanings are thorough yet not painful, and the staff will frequently explain any abnormalities and show what you should be doing better when brushing, flossing, etc. I never got the feeling that Dr. White was recommending procedures just for the sake of doing them. I would definitely recommend Dr. White! Even though I now live over an hour away from his offices, I still make the trek up to Lutherville when I can.

I never had a root canal before, so naturally, I was terrified beyond means. Dr White and his staff coordinated with Dr Eric Volk and his staff and made my entire appointment seamless between having the root canal and then crown work done in one swift step. The accommodations and degree of care between the two offices were unbelievably amazing, and I can not thank all of you enough.
