I dropped my car off on a Saturday and was told it would be ready by Monday. 1 week later and it hadn't been looked at and they accidentally drained my battery. Found out the following week my tire key was missing. It was at the previous shop who put on my new tires and Jason offered to go get it, which was awesome. Later that week he told me they didn't have it and they would be removing the bolts which was fine with me. I was told it would be ready by the end of week 3. No one was answering the phone, which was a problem since the beginning, so I went by there. My car hadn't been touched and now I was told they found the key at the previous shop so they would get it done. Got my car back at the end of week 4. They also replaced my rear brake lines, changed out the battery, and gave me an oil change. I received a discount for being patient. I got in my car and my stuff that was in my glove box and center console were emptied onto the passenger seat and were wet and moldy. They had left the front passenger window down and it had stormed. My car manual, receipts, and previous paperwork for my car were moldy and my car smelled like mold and mildew.

I was greeted by Adam and a woman (didn't get her name), and they were extremely friendly and efficient at their jobs. They made sure all my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with everything throughout, from the estimate process to getting my car back. They were communicative throughout the entire process and provided updates. I really appreciated the front desk workers and felt like they had my back. The staff who worked on my car was quick with the repairs while being the most attentive to details. They even included car detailing! My car was extremely clean on the outside and inside when I got my car back. I couldn't be happier with the services I received here.
