If you value your hard earned dollar, I would avoid this business. I paid for their top tier service. When my truck was finished, I expressed concern that the running boards were not wiped down. The young man said "Running boards? We do not do running boards". He then became belligerent and started walking away. On closer inspection, only two of my tires/wheels were cleaned, my wheel wells were filthy and my floor mats (that I paid extra to have cleaned) were still very dirty. I asked for the manager who had the young man clean my tires but said the wheel wells were the "machines" job. What does that mean? He would not even look at my floor mats. I asked for the owners name/number. After texting the owner, he asked me if I would remove my poor review of his business if he refunded my money. (This was never about money). I said yes, if he would have a conversation with his employees about the importance of quality work and customer service. He said he would. I removed my poor review on good faith that he would return my money. After multiple excuses, my money was never returned. He told me he was going to call me to discuss this issue. I never received a call. In summary, I feel this business has customer service cultural issue stemming from the owner all the way down to the employees. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same. read more

If you're trying to vacuum your car don't bother coming here, there is absolutely no suction in the vacuums.. don't waste your time

BE CAREFULL. If you select the car washes for a month IT ASSUMES YOU WANT TO DO IT EVERY MONTH and you get repeat charges every month. I have tried to get it DISCONTINUED and it keeps doing it. I was given the name of tne Gen Mgr to call and have called and get no return call. STILL TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK FOR FIVE MONTHS. read more

Drive thru wash here is way overpriced. The vacuums are weak and the attachments on the hoses continually fall off. It's right next to my house so it's nice to use for a quick, free vacuum but I cannot imagine paying money for this service on a regular basis. Poor effort. read more

Car washes...what can you say. Well I can say a lot about this one. It is a typical do-it-yourself car wash with handheld power wands. However, the best features of the Celebrity Car Wash is the soap. How often have you gone to a car wash and you barely get any soap spraying through the wand and your car looks worse than it did when you started. Not here...they supply a generous amount of soap spraying on your car. Your ride will be shining! They also give you enough time to wash and rinse your car (mini-vans may be challenged) in one cycle that only costs $1.50. I don't think I've found anything better. They have a good size lot to towel dry your car before you leave. If you're traveling in south county with a dirty car, zoom over to the celebrity car wash and soak up some suds...for your car. read more

New ownership, not nearly the quality wash it was with the previous owners. No more pre-scrub because the new staff said it wasn't needed . Also they don't place the plastic protector over the rear wiper. Lower your expectations with the new ownership. read more

Wednesday 5/15/2019 went through Celebrity car wash. When I got home I discovered a part of the drivers side mirror turn signal piece was missing leaving a wire hanging out of it. The next morning I returned to the car wash to see if they had seen it at their area. Entering their office I saw it laying there. The site manager was there and wrote out a report about it. He said they would call me within 72 hours. They did not call me and did not return calls made to them by me. I obtained an estimate from Sinclair Buick to remove and repair the part in the amount of $268.77. On the 28th of the same month I submitted a complaint to the BBB Better Business Bureau. On the 16th of July 2019 I received a report from the BBB indicating that the BBB had made two written requests to them. And did not respond to them. They have now closed their complaint account (Celebrity Car Wash) as a UNANSWERED complaint. Be advised that they do not fix or repair any damage that is done to your vehicle by their facility. read more

Showed up at 6:30pm. There were about 5 cars in line for the tunnel wash. Crew put out cones for what looked like funneling into one lane. The office door clearly states they close at 7pm. The crew was waving people off. I went around the cones as the high school aged crew was trying to skip out early. The guy that took my money only did that. On the previous cars he was presoaking the cars with the wand on the drivers side. Another guy did do the presoak on the passenger side. My car went thru the wash. Upon inspection in their parking lot I found bird droppings still down the driver side of the vehicle. I went back around. It was now not even 6:45. No cars were in line. The cones were now moved close to the entrance and shows that they want no more business. I went around anyway as my vehicle did not get the attention I had paid for. The shift manager approached and told me they were closed. I explained that I had just gone through the wash and my car was still dirty due to crew not presoaking the driver side. I pointed out the bird droppings. He told me to chill out because they are closed. He then rethought it and told me to pull forward. They put a light mist on the car and sent it through. When I exited there were still droppings on the car. Called the store manager the next day and he pretended he could not hear me then activated his fax machine to drown me out. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I'll take my $13 and double it just to go the full service wash down the street from now on. At least they seem to care about their jobs/business. read more
