Be aware: it is a…read moreconfusing little parking lot with several other businesses there, but if you are looking for Micalizzi, make a left when you pull in and it is the sign that says "Antiques". Admittedly, I was looking for a different antiques shop, but I'm happy I stayed and looked around anyway. I was a little creeped out at first because no one was there when I walked in. I called a few times but still no answer. I felt really weird walking around and thought I was going to creep up on someone so I literally just kept calling until I found someone. Turns out they were working on some upholstery work in the back. The owner was super nice and told me to look around and let her know if I had questions. I wasn't looking for anything in particular, but these two small little jars/vases caught my eye and I am a big sucker for little chachkies. Nothing in the store was priced so I took them back to her to find out their cost. She was able to let them go for $4 each, so I considered them my find of the day! They sit very proudly on the center of my coffee table, adorned in tiny daisies. She had a lot of great furniture but I didn't have a need so I didn't look too thoroughly. Obviously, they do upholstery work too (actually probably primarily) so keep them in mind for that as well!

I showed and asked the repairman which sample matches the table and it was NOT the shade I picked. The second time I told Paul the shade is wrong, he told me that if he has to order a new table it will be the last one even if the table is gauged, scratched, etc he will NOT fix the table. As a senior, Paul intimidated me, I kept the 2nd table, afraid the 3rd table's condition would be worse. The table is not hardwood. It is easily nicked. The table is rarely used and is covered with a tablecloth all time. Over-priced, poor craftsmanship and quality control and poor business attitude. I asked Royce, sales, how to clean the table and didn't know the answer. A waste of money. Would definitely not recommend this store.
