This public membership/fee park is a lovely and inexpensive way to relax while you let your kids loose. You are allowed to bring a cooler and picnic foods. I observed some adults tackfully bring their own special blend of "grown up juice"( I must reiterate, VERY TACKFULLY). This pool is very family centered and billgerant or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated here. Use common sense and you will love hanging out here. I enjoyed my afternoon here under the shade of an umbrella. Its well worth the admission. If you are an avid user of the pool, you may want to pay for a membership. You can cross the street and pay for seasonal acess at the rec center.

My wife and I recently enrolled our daughter in swim lessons. Unfortunately, the week before classes were scheduled to begin, she suffered a ruptured eardrum. We promptly reached out to request rescheduling for the following month while she recovered. Despite making more than ten attempts to contact the organization via phone calls, emails, and messages, we received no response. However, our payment was processed without issue. This experience reflects a concerning lack of professionalism and customer service. Based on this, I cannot recommend this business. **FOLLOWUP*** I had hoped to follow up my initial review with a more positive update, but unfortunately that is not the case. After posting the review, we did receive a return call from the owner, and I do want to acknowledge that a refund for the class was issued. However, the interaction itself was highly unprofessional. The owner stated that none of our previous attempts to reach out--via phone calls, emails, portal messages, or even communication through a friend currently enrolled--had been received. Given the number of outreach attempts made, I find that difficult to believe and believe it points to a serious breakdown in communication that should be addressed. As the conversation continued, it became increasingly confrontational despite my efforts to keep it constructive and to end the call after the refund was confirmed. Instead, the owner questioned my reasons for calling back, challenged the legitimacy of my daughter's injury, and used dismissive language such as "ok big guy" and "I can see someone is being sensitive." My intention in returning the call was simply to highlight a communication issue so it could be investigated--not to engage in a confrontation. Unfortunately, the tone and conduct of the conversation left a very negative impression. Because of this experience, I will not be returning as a customer, even after being offered a free class. Professionalism and respectful communication are essential, and this interaction did not meet those standards.
