They paid…read moremy rent for a missed month and made an agreement with the apartment complex to put me out the next month even though I was showing them proof of employment and payment schedule. They confidently harassed me that I wasn't going to pay them and persuaded the apartment complex not to work with me. And this is all within ONE month! If they pay your rent they act like they don't know how to accept payment arrangements to them they magically expect you to have your missed payment and payment for the next month in my case even after you immediately find another job. That's impossible. They do not guarantee any assurity to you as the tenant. They get in the way about their payment and kill all negotiations. There is no point to do business with this company.

Gracious, professional and friendly. I can only imagine the difficulties they have to navigate on a daily basis. Leasing agents are irreplaceable, Mayra and Yari (Gems). True professionals all. In addition, The Maintenance dept is on point. The Maintenance Manager Edger and his ASST. Manager Omar who is always ready with a smile and a fist bump or handshake are stellar.
