The first time we used her we had to stay on top of her for our final proofs. We figured she may have gotten busy so we gave her benefit of the doubt. The 2nd time we used her was not the best with communication. We got our final proofs almost 3 weeks later! If you aren't pressed for time then I say use her. She is great with kids and the studio set ups are always great and cute! But the downfall is that she didnt stick to her turn around time with us and didnt even care to keep us updated on the delay. If she told us it'll be late then that would've saved us alot of anxiety.
