From the beginning, there were several issues that made the process uncomfortable and unprofessional. When the photographer arrived at my hotel room, it was a private space filled with women getting ready. I was still in the process of getting my makeup done and had not yet changed into my wedding dress. Unexpectedly, the photographer's husband--who was not part of our contract or hired services--entered the room with her. My mother had to politely ask him to wait in the lobby while I was getting dressed, which should not have been necessary in such a private and intimate setting. Prior to the ceremony, we informed the photographer that we planned to take photos outdoors and were waiting on further instructions, as we were not from the area. The original directions I received were incorrect, and we clarified which side of the venue we wanted to use for portraits. Despite the venue being the same location, her husband made a snide comment about how inconvenient the change was, which felt uncalled for and unprofessional. Once we arrived at the venue, she did take some photos, but during the reception, things became more disappointing. She and her husband sat down to eat with our guests--something we had only agreed to provide for her, not her husband. When the majority of our guests were ready for photos (about an hour after dinner was served), my mother had to repeatedly ask her to resume taking pictures. When she did, she appeared visibly annoyed and took random photos that did not reflect the main events or key moments of the celebration. For instance, we had a memorial table honoring our deceased relatives. She took a photo of the sign on the table but failed to capture the full display. I ultimately ended up with more meaningful and candid pictures from friends and family than from our paid photographer. After the event, we received a photo link and a USB drive with our gallery. Unfortunately, it was full of duplicates and random shots that lacked relevance to our wedding or guests. The editing was minimal at best--mostly black-and-white filters or slight lighting adjustments. There was no attention to composition, indoor/outdoor lighting balance, or detail. The final product felt rushed and lacked the quality and artistry showcased on her website. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this photographer for a wedding or any significant event. The professionalism, quality of work, and understanding of current photography standards were not reflected in the service we received.

(If you're thinking this is no big deal, please read more reviews and you will see that this is a common error TinT has been making for years, yet they have done nothing to prevent it from happening. Also found out the same thing happened to my neighbor.) After days of calling and emailing the Store Manager, I finally received an email back from her stating my tile is estimated to be received in 9 days. You would think that I was in good hands now that I am dealing with the Store Manager, but you would be wrong. 9 days came and went and still no word from TinT. After waiting an additional 5 days I asked for an update and AGAIN my tile was sitting there, but NO ONE cared enough to notify me. I brought my dissatisfaction with their service to my designers attention and her response was "If we had sku numbers and tracking then that would be great, but we don't". Really?!? They caused me to delay my tile installer 3 times due to their continued carelessness and this is their response? To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. This is a high end store where customers are paying premium prices, so to receive this low level of customer service blows my mind. I spent ¼ of the price at Floor & Décor and received 1000% better service. PLEASE take your hard earned money to a store that values their customers!!!

He's a friendly and nice guy but he made way too much small talk which isn't great when you're paying for studio time. I left the studio unhappy with how my pictures turned out and he didn't encourage me to take a few more shots. Even when I asked if we should take more shots, he said "unless you're going to wow me with something I haven't seen yet, it may not be worth it". The final edited photo he sent was okay - in my opinion, too touched up and when I asked if he could send me another version that didn't look as photoshopped, he said he was going on vacation for a month and he would do it after (which was fine). What wasn't fine was that after a month, he didn't end up doing it and merely sent me back the original, unedited photo and told me to go to Fiverr to get someone to do it. I had recently moved to the area and needed a photographer to shoot a corporate headshot. I won an award and needed a picture for a magazine. Bryan came through! He did it!
