Lady over the phone called me back first thing Friday morning and said they could swing by between Noon-2 PM Friday. She was very friendly! Tech never showed up so I left a voice mail at their main number and also texted the appointment confirmation. No show, no call. I know the freeze kept them busy, but it takes just a few seconds to text or call a customer if another stop took longer than anticipated. Will update if they call me back today to reschedule.

As a final effort, we text the owner and still have had no response. We feel we have been more than patient, waiting now 6 weeks to get our problem fixed.
