I tried act fast only because it was 5 star, 3 times in total and finally he answered. I was glad I kept calling, this guy does quality work at a fair price. He will stay with job until it is done to your liking. This dude is super nice. I think my mom adopted him as a son. JR came to oversee and personally perform work with his team of four guys on my floor project, hauled away the old carpet at no charge. The 825 sqft laminate flooring project was completed in two days as promised. The team is prompt, freindly, courteous, professional & mannarable. JR's crew cleans up afterward. Our most recent experience, Joseph, was great!! Called ahead, was very friendly, and explained everything really well. He even offered to show me the part that went bad when I asked about the life expectancy of these pumps, since we have paid for repair and replacement about every 3-4 years. You just have to know that these systems need regular maintenance and being that they run 24/7, parts go bad. In this case, a rubber flap called a diaphragm.
