I get a text from him when I miss one/two days of class, which is great because it holds me accountable - but not great when I decide to be lazy and sleep in... I've been training with Michelle for 2 months now and I've forgotten about my back pain. I haven't visited my expensive physiotherapist in a while now. Michelle is someone who knows how to work with injuries. We started with TRX and strength training and later incorporated dynamic movements. She starts her class by asking about how the body is feeling and then add or subtracts challenges accordingly. Every set and every rep she's keenly observing, correcting form and posture, suggesting variations if there's any pain anywhere. I've seen trainers before but none who were so knowledgeable and helpful. Note: Michelle is also a very good boxing coach if anyone's interested in it.

Anna helped me with my diet which actually wasn't like change of all my habits. She basically taught me how to use portion control and eat what I want. Within 30 days I was able to loose from 115 lbs to 107 lbs.
