I sit in the chair the dentist comes in removes my dentures and proceeds to tell me how inferior and sub par they are and look terrible. This man wants me to have a conversation with him about my feelings on the set I have, my likes and dislikes. (Keep in mind I have not removed my dentures in front of anyone including my husband in more than 7 years. I sleep with them and only remove them to clean) I am not comfortable speaking without them let alone have a full blown conversation. This man sits me down, puts me in the most vulnerable position, tears me down, tells me I need tens of thousands of dollars in work that I didn't ask for... and THEN asks me why I seem anxious???
