I think they didn't fill the right filling that popped out. I needed a retreat on a root canal from another place. They cancelled at the last minute and hung me out to dry. Called and the staff were very friendly and helpful, explained everything to us. Had us in the very next day, and all the staffed welcomed us in open arms, and was making jokes and making me feel comfortable and safe. The front desk lady named Emily was very patient and explained everything and took care of me right away. Aleesia , was the dental hygienist she was so friendly and happy and literally did her very best to get all my pictures taken and she cleaned my teeth great and explained to me how to floss better and how to get into the little parts of my teeth. Chris was the doctor he was outstanding and makes sure my teeth was good, he explained that he wanted me to get my wisdom teeth out, and he literally made sure i felt happy and everything, i literally am so happy to find this dentist. Now, my oral surgeon was doctor Hopkin, he literally took charge and made sure i was in good health, asked me tons of questions, he knew exactly what to do and how to help me and keep me alive and safe during my surgery. He was very gentle and for the most part i didn't feel anything when he took my wisdom teeth out, he was literally a godsend and he makes me feel like Family. Thank you Doctor. I told them I wouldn't be coming back because the situation didn't feel fair. They responded by saying the charges were valid and that I had signed for them. I ended up paying the bill but decided not to return. Also, the dental hygienist, Kathryn, didn't seem to have a very steady hand.

He fit me in for a dental emergency even though I wasn't already a patient and took time to make me feel like we'd known each other for years. One thing I always look for with dentists and doctors is how they treat their staff. He clearly had a comfortable report, trusted and asked for their ideas and perspectives and seemed to collaborate on complicated situations with them nicely. I'm so glad to have found a new dentist and am happy to make the 30 minute drive from my home to go back to him.

She explained everything even so I could understand. Maddy our cleaning/gum specialist so tender and so so sweet to explain everything she is doing. She made me feel like my teeth weren't as bad as I thought they were. Dr.Christensen saw to my concerns and addressed them leaving me with no fear to go back. He is kind and understanding. With a good sense of humor. Cory our insurance advisor explained everything simply and easily and also offered us in house for my daughter that doesn't have insurance. She made sure we understood everything before we left. This whole team ultimately made me understand how important and priceless it is to maintain your teeth. Most importantly Alyssa's tour set is up it felt like we were on a cruise or a resort exclusively. Maddy helping reinterate the importance of teeth care. I love this place and recommend it a million percent. So much that I was willing to pay no matter what for them to take care me. I unexpectedly had the pleasure of coming to this dental office today. I found this place through…read morean online review when I was looking up urgent care dentists nearby (my grandmother's regular dentist was out of the office for vacation). She had developed an abscess on her tooth that needed to be treated with antibiotics immediately. I called, and they were able to get her in within two hours. When we arrived, we were received by the sweet front desk staff. They were so patient while I had to call my grandmother's insurance companies to get some of her information for the forms. Every awesome person on their team from the front line to the doc treated my grandmother very well and made sure she was comfortable during her wait and exam. My grandmother also remarked about how comfortable the chairs were to sit in (very important to a 90-year-old with a bad back). They took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on, and were even kind enough to do the exam for her and write a prescription for the antibiotic without charge! Yes, you read that correctly. They had a special going on for a free exam & cleaning for first-time visits, and they let us use that. They even offered to send the x-ray over to her regular dentist so he could look at it during her next appointment when he's back in town. If we get some better dental coverage, we will definitely be coming here for life. Personally, I will be coming back to pay out-of-pocket for their special teeth-cleaning deals regardless. Favorite dental office, hands-down, of all time! Highly recommend!
