We went on a Saturday, but if you're there for the shops, they're open during the work week. Even then, there were still a lot of people there. Box Park is exactly this, but composed of trailers, or boxes, if you will. These boxes are stacked on each other and create a large space for food vendors, seating for patrons, and a bar. Customers can wander the space until they find something, or not. I like that Box Park is no committment, but a good time if you want it! Definitely worth checking out!

All you have to do is find the elevator and go to the highest level, and since the elevator is mostly glass, you can get amazing views of St. Paul's Cathedral just on the way up. When we went around 10am on a Saturday in late August, there was barely anyone there. Maybe it was a combination of it still being early and not that many people knowing about it. It's also only about a 3 minute walk from St. Paul's Cathedral which you can get amazing views of from the rooftop as well as other notable sites like The Shard and The London Eye. And since it's outside with low panes of glass, you can take unobstructed photos. You can even get amazing shots on the ground floor because of the contrast between old vs. modern architecture.
