I wish more places like this existed in America. It's like a beautifully decorated seating area with several food stands. There's WiFi available and I'm sure you'd be able to find WiFi. Service is quick, and vendors are friendly. You have a selection of alcoholic beverages, medical, desserts and salads/falafels. Average cost for food here is around 10-15 pounds depending on what you order.

This is a cool little spot along the river that is a good option to stop off to get a meal or a drink. There are shops, statues, fountains, bars and restaurants.

A favorite for after work happy hour, and a nice place to stop along your river walk or a great place to be outside while it's raining and no get wet Drinks are rather pricey for what they are, but they have Coors light which is a fun find and reasonably priced. Order a Pimms for a local fun fruitier drink. Served with fresh fruit. Wifi- there is free wifi available, best reception on the side tables vs the main beer garden are Food available from food trucks via QR code's. Chicken sandwich is delicious

This was a fun find. We were walking along the Thames river and came across this huge cute enclosed spacea. Shops, food, seating, statues, and a fountain. Plus a wonderful over head glass metal artistic roof allowing light while keeping it nicely enclosed. Seems to be in the middle of other nice places and a beautiful view out over the river.

Free wifi. Lots of mini shops and cafes. Interesting monument in the center.

History, meet modern age. What once was a Wharf, now is a Galleria. Great stop to rest, shop and grab lunch around London Bridge area. Especially if it's a rainy day (most of them are in London) - the galleria glass roof makes it perfect to escape the weather. Domed glass with open traces, offices on upper floors and shopping on ground level - Galleria is really a unique space. You cannot miss the main feature here - The Navigators - kinetic sculpture by David Kemp. Man, machine and a sea... Steam punk meet Gothic fantasy... Don Quixote and Pirates of the Caribbean... Once in every hour, sculpture comes to life with rotating wheels, moving oars, water showers out of flower-like jets... Totally sur. Loved it. Great shops, good food, amazing art.

Hay's Galleria is best approached while walking along the Thames Footpath of the south side of the Thames, between London Bridge and HMS Belfast. Built in the 1856 by William Cubitt (brother of Lewis Cubitt, the architect of King's Cross station), what is now the galleria was the enclosed dock of Hay's Wharf, which stretched from London Bridge to Tower Bridge. The wharf specialised in food generally, and the enclosed dock in tea: what you now see are the façades of the former bonded warehouses. The pedestrian circulating area was originally the dock, filled in as part of the refurbishment in 1987. For an earlier photo, see: http://www.portcities.org.uk/london/server/show/conMediaFile.5495/Tea-being-landed-from-barges-into-a-bonded-warehouse-at-Hays-Wharf.html The roof is also new, designed by the architects Twigg Brown and inspired (apparently) by the famous Galleria Vittorio Emmanuelle in Milan. It is is 300ft long and 90ft high. The development includes over 300,000sq ft of office space, as well as apartments, and the shopping choice here is, to be honest, a bit limited. There are several cafes and restaurants, including a large Cafe Rouge, Starbucks, Next and Boots. Personally, I prefer it simply as a public space and place of interest, rather than a shopping experience.

This is such a stunning and pretty place. Right beside Tower bridge, it offers many cafes and small restaurants in a truly unique environment. The Galleria looks amazing, and it also has a nice monument in the centre representing a boat from which water spouts come out every now and then. Can't wait to be back during a sunny day, went there in the evening and seeing Tower bridge at night time was great. Now I want to see it when it's sunny! Anyway, great place for a coffee

The Hays Galleria is a great place to be, for all the reasons cited by the other reviewers. But what they fail to mention is that it also contains one of London's only (the only?) public Petanque court. During the summer in Lunchtimes, you can join in and play boules with your friends or join some of the tournaments that are held. I thought I had got pretty good until I visited Belgium and played with a local. The Galleria is also a good place eat if you are exploring the Southbank, with a wide range to choose from than anywhere else in the vicinity

An upper level walkway, level with surrounding squares, fills the outer parts of the circle and lets on to steps down to a shopping arcade and Liverpool Street Station beyond. The bottom layer of the circle is home to shops. Above this is the walkway with views through to the middle, then above that a circular layer of raised bars for those that want a drink. The central space is used for various purposes, most notably in midwinter as a skating rink. It's all very dramatic and striking. There does seem to be a certain amount of confusion as to whether this is Broadgate Circle, Circus or Arena According to the site given, which seems to be the official one, this is the Circle, and Arena is the name used for the events program, which includes some events held in other parts of Broadgate.

If you don't like the bolshy, rambunctious behavior of finance people - probably not the best place to choose for a quiet drink on a hot summer evening. Otherwise, a well-kept, and clean place for a drink if hygiene and cleanliness are a high priority to people :)
