One of the things that I noticed with SSFCU is customer care and efficiency were a priority both in Drive-thru and inside. Recently, we went through drive at this location and received not the greatest experience we expect from SSFCU. The initial teller was polite and friendly, but the one that ended the transaction not so much. This particular teller had me come into the bank (totally defeating the purpose of us going through drive-thru) for what reason, who knows. There were no huge withdrawals- no withdrawals at all, but a deposit. Nothing out of the ordinary. There was one other banking customer in line and plenty of tellers open. Just as soon as I had walked in they gave me the receipt. Why was this even necessary? I understand things are changing in the way banks are doing business but at the very least efficiency and politeness should still be top of priorities. For the record, it was only us in drive and yes, we took into consideration inside customers. Again, there was one customer in line and tellers still open. While I don't plan on changing banks as that's just silly, I do travel an hour to get there and would appreciate timely, friendly service.

I am thankful for the loan because my kitchen definitely needed a makeover and I know my husband is proud of me for stepping out my comfort zone. This is not my bank, but my review is based on my experience when selling a car to one of their…read morecustomers. I was selling some of our cars and ended up selling one to a gentleman that uses RBFCU. After agreeing on a price, he asked me to go to his bank with him to complete all the paperwork, and he would get me a cashiers check. When driving up, I found they had excellent parking right at the front door. I parked and walked inside and was immediately greeted by an employee. She asked how she could help us, and then directed us to the right person. We were 3rd in line, but the line moved quickly. After I completed my part of the transaction, I went and took a seat so the buyer would have some privacy. That took about 15 minutes, so I waited and then finished our transaction. Will I return? Like all service businesses today, they try to get by with as few employees as possible. That being said, they did everything we needed in a personable way. If needed, I will return.

Since it was not the fault of Wells Fargo she didn't have to do anything for us, but she did everything she could to help us resolve it. We are very impressed with her great customer service.
