I stopped in today (Oct 18, 2025) specifically looking for heavily sedating options. I asked a few basic questions--terpene profile (especially high myrcene or CBN), indica-leaning strains, and what was actually in stock. The CSR who approached me couldn't answer any of them. When I politely asked if there was someone more knowledgeable available, he got defensive and then refused to serve me. For a regulated dispensary, that's disappointing. My partner--being helped right next to me--had a normal experience, which made the contrast even clearer. I wasn't rude or confrontational; I was trying to make an informed purchase because I need strongly sedating products for nighttime use. Management: I'm posting this because I'd like to give your shop another chance. Please address training, and have a knowledgeable budtender or a manager reach out so I can actually find an appropriate, sedating option. The really rude staff was too stoned to be attentive, they kept my buddy waiting for an inordinate amount of time. The lady said when he produced forth his coupon for a joint that only costs 1 penny no strings attached and they asked "is that all you're going to get?" I always have good experience going here but recently I went in and I wanted to buy two edible brownies, but when I went home, I realized that they only gave me the one pack of brownies. I called them and they told me to SPLIT my brownies in two?!?! The audacity?!?! Why did I even pay for two brownies to get ONE AND have one of the workers tell me over the phone to SPLIT IT IM HALF?! I just wanted to return the edibles that I haven't even opened to get THE PRICE. OF BROWNIE I paid for. They never got back to me either. Such a horrible experience especially the customer service. I tried Lemon Cherry Pastries and could not find anything on the strain but tried it anyway because It's a dessert I'd truly order that so I took a chance I did. Not super Stoney. Good introduction to a newbie. I've been stressed continuously for 2 weeks and on the phone holding and talking and getting nowhere but this Put a nice damper on my frustration-irritation and I was able to get back on phone in a much more mellowed manner. Absolute thieves. There are rules, but rules have spirits, and you don't use them as an excuse to steal from your customers when you know the purpose the rule was put in place hasn't been violated. That is how good and honest people behave, but not sociopathic bureaucrats who like to use rules to get away with dishonest behavior. I bought a cartridge. I went outside and opened it and threw the packaging and things away in the garbage out there. The cartridge was sticky and cracked. I took it in, and they said they couldn't replace it without the receipt. There is a purpose for that rule and the purpose is not an excuse to steal from people when you know you've sold them a defective product. An honest person would WANT to replace it, knowing they had made a mistake. The *only* reason to use the rule in a case where I had just bought the cart less than 2 minutes before is to force me to buy their defective stock. That is the spirit of the action. There are good people and there are bad people, and this is one of the ways you tell the difference. They relished their ability to force me to buy that broken cartridge they had JUST sold me. Popped by this location for the first time. I was greeted by a very nice woman who helped me and gave great service. She helped me pick out a few sativa pre-rolls. The inside is nice, they also have a cannabis social club right next door. THIS LOCATION ACCEPTS DEBIT!!!! This is the first dispensary I've been to that allows you to pay with your debit card. Huge plus...so many options, and prices cater to everyone. Definitely check them out if you're in the DT area. read more

I used to go to broadway everytime i ran out of supplies. I don't like supporting big cannabis enterprises and as an avid consumer I tought of BC as a good business that knew how to move the pieces to get it going on, but with the recent fusion with mint everything sucks. the point system was renewed (before I could get 6 dlls off by spending approx 50, now I just get 2), the attention is terrible and my favorite bud tenders are not working there anymore. you used to be cool BC. now it feels like when your best friend gets in a toxic relationship that you don't want to be around. bring the old point system back guys, come on! despite that I think the prices are still fair and the quality is always the best. read more
