The budtenders here are usually super nice. I've always had a pretty good social experience going in. A couple of the male higher-ups will try to get you to buy buy buy, which can be a bit annoying. But otherwise, like I said, overall pretty good budtenders. The reason for my 2 star review is the price and quality. These are TOP priorities for me when it comes to buying. The weed here is usually far more dry than other weed for similar prices. Additionally, they are WAY more expensive than most good dispensaries. Heard the guy closing the gate at night ask, "is it even 20 yet?!" Why even stay open until 10 if closing at 9:45 is the vibe you got? Electric Lettuce is, or WAS, my go to for all my marijuana needs. I have been a long time customer of their's. I always tip, I always pay, I have never had any problems there of any kind before today. Today I went there to get my usual products. I produced my current and valid ID, when the store clerk took my ID in back and returned a minute later. She looked at me with a slight grin on her face and told me I had to leave because my ID had been flagged...? This was new to me. I asked why? She said she didn't know and that she would not ask any of her higher ups. So I called the manager, asking him why, he said he didn't know. When I asked if he can ask his managers because maybe it's a mix up. He promptly said no to that as well. So basically they just boot long standing customers who have always paid and tipped. I have also had 0 altercations there, and have given no reason for my account to be flagged. What i think happened is that someone mixed my account up with someone else. Either way, a company that treats its customers like this, is not right or ethical. Who treats customers like that. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN, while it is convenient, due to the fact that they are all over the city, there are cheaper places that offer better, high quality product for cheap. The staff at electric lettuce just does the bare minimum to get by. They don't care their customers. read more
