I'm from Vegas and Cali so I'm used to top shelf buds and I'm willing to pay for quality. I was very disapointed with my experience visiting Floyd's. The first thing that I thought was weird was the fact I had to pay for parking. My initial impression of the building was far from being impressed, the walls have been hammered with graffiti and cover up paint. Upon entering the shop I felt like I was going into someone's parents basement. It didn't look like the place had been cleaned in months. Not sure about Portland, but the dispensaries in Vegas and LA don't offer nicotine products in their shops, I was surprised to see some at Floyds. The top shelf buds looked mid at best. Due to the fact that I felt as if their deals were misleading and their pricing doesn't reflect the taxes included, we decided to take our business elsewhere.
