Long stick squeegees and that was helpful for removing the bugs and grime from the windshield after a lot of driving. I went inside and prepared my coffee. Good choices, a half dozen or so creamer flavors and several different types of sweeteners. At the hot dog roller, the buns area was well stocked and there was a combination of "ready" and "still heating" hot dogs available in multiple flavors. It was the basic beef dog today and points off because the cheese dispenser was out and the chili was almost out. The other toppings options were needing restocking. This needs some work. Reed Point is 7 hours away from home. The sun was quickly going down and the weather was too cold to try and figure things out without. David was dispatched and quickly contacted us to let us know he was on his way to our son (60-90 minutes away). As soon as he got to our son, they picked up his car, dropped him off at a motel, then dropped off his car at the shop. He then contacted us to ensure both our son and his car were safe. We were so grateful. David said he'd want the same type of service and care for his own children, and we believe him! We are so grateful for David!

In the end, I was told that in order for them to give me the difference, they would have to re-charge me for another tow before I get the larger amount refunded. What if I didn't have enough money to pay twice before being refunded? I renewed my AAA membership so that I will not have to call them again. The tow-truck guy was super nice.
