This was in regards of triple a doing a service call.my family and I were stranded summer of 2016…read moreon i-90.I had a elderly woman in the car along with her daughter who I am married to and our daughter.triple a told us we would hear from someone within 2 hours.we did get a response though it was not within 2 hours and there was a disagreement about it when we broke down on the highway with a car we now no longer owned because of many mechanical issues(none caused by this place I will add.)thought at the time we ran out of gas because of the gas gauge being off?they came by with a gas can to put some in:I was told 15 bucks.I don't know whether the lady that said that knew I had my card to give her and her lack of responding should have been -I would prefer cash please? Most of my passengers were not happy with the delay,the attitude from her or her driver in what was around 100 degree temps at the time.they then refused service to us and said so.they got in the truck to leave with can.we waited like 4 more hours with a couple officers checking on us and stayed out of the sun the best possible.hansers out of Billings went to help us with a tow and a discount on a hotel stay until we could get car started again or fixed by hansers.good job on hansers answering the call. Something big horn should learn from if they want customers again.I would have put no stars on this but,Yelp said I had to so 1 star.my family and I heard from big horn about how verbally abusive we were?if calling them out on the length of time and being frustrated in having to wait in a hot car not knowing when we would get a response and expressing that it was unacceptable is verbally abusive?they are in the wrong business.I'm sure some of the clientele in town in Hardin probably was more harsher with attitudes and verbal exchange.

When Chris (a super nice guy!) got here he decided to pull the battery (no simple task...it's one that's partially buried) and sent us to buy a new one while he waited at the house. We returned, he Installed the battery, put everything back together and we were on our way in less than an hour. I should also mention he was at our house 15 minutes after we first called! I won't list what we were charged, but it was incredibly reasonable. We would not call any other place after this experience. Aaliby has our business for life. Highly recommend!!!

I purchased a front axle assembly for my f250 from hansers salvage in billings mt that came with a…read moreone year warranty. We had the axle put in and we to get the truck aligned and come to find out that the right upper ball joint was defective. That should be under their warranty but guess, they said they never sold me the axle with the ball joints, we'll that's not true. So instead of keeping their word they refunded me 75.00 towards the ball joint, that should say something that they knew they was wrong and they don't want to own up to that there was issues with the axle. Oh they was as sweet to me when I was buying something from them but when you go back with issues on the parts that you buy they are not very nice. All I have to say is from now on I will look elsewhere for parts even it's out of state. The same thing happened to my daughter on a part for her truck.

None the less I pulled up to the chevy dealer went to parts and right away this place dropped what they were doin to help me...hmmmm ! small town greetings in a way I guess..the parts guy came out took the vin and did a search on warranty and found out it's still under warranty.....so far I'm blowin away at them helping me right away... Then they asked for the keys put it into the shop and started tests..found a bad hose, put in an over night order for the part and scheduled me in for friday... All free...no charge. :) I'll be here till sunday so that works perfect.... They overcharged me. They sent me two invoices because I was able to be towed to a closer…read morelocation. I am certain that I paid the lower of the two. Then, they charged my card the larger amount. In the end, I was told that in order for them to give me the difference, they would have to re-charge me for another tow before I get the larger amount refunded. What if I didn't have enough money to pay twice before being refunded? I renewed my AAA membership so that I will not have to call them again. The tow-truck guy was super nice.

Allstar got here in 7 minutes once my insurance company called them and 2 minutes later they had me unlocked. Agave, you could have cost my life ... my meds were in my car and I needed them!
