They have finally fixed a lot of their appointment making issues and now have a modern online appointment scheduling system with app compatibility, but also now have way less availability than previously for some reason. The past two times I've needed quick care, I wasn't able to get an appointment for nearly a week. (Ended up going to urgent care for help instead) A minimum of 5 days for a pressing issue is normal. They don't allow you to walk in and wait for an opening to pop up. Overall, the care is VERY good when you can get in and I hope they will continue to do updates with updates to the upstairs as well.
