So extra trips and extra phone calls and waiting on hold almost every time. They also do not give patient instructions when booking appointments for physicals and procedures (fasting before certain blood tests). You need to ask if there's anything you need to know and even then they might not even look it up. I had to drink 32 oz of water and wait through someone else's sonogram Because the tech was expecting me to have been told to come with a full bladder. I was not told when making the appointment. My last straw was this past week.. There are 5 empty parking spaces for "MDVIP" patients that pay extra premium(which I do not). The rest of the lot for this building is divided between several offices inside, so the 5 are a subtraction from the Halper FM section. I arrived for my last appointment with 12 minutes to look for a parking space, but there were no free spaces in the lot except for the MDVIP ones. I drove around the neighborhood which is full of 1 way streets and lots of signs warning about getting towed. I called the office and was waiting on hold, I got stuck behind a garbage truck doing its rounds. I was caller number 7. Went back to the lot. MDVIP spaces were all open but nothing in the designated Halper section. Two more times around the block before I gave up and drove home. I was caller number 4.

All doctors I've seen, my GP and also other doctors when mine was unavailable, have been lovely. They have finally fixed a lot of their appointment making issues and now have a modern online appointment scheduling system with app compatibility, but also now have way less availability than previously for some reason. The past two times I've needed quick care, I wasn't able to get an appointment for nearly a week. (Ended up going to urgent care for help instead) A minimum of 5 days for a pressing issue is normal. They don't allow you to walk in and wait for an opening to pop up. Overall, the care is VERY good when you can get in and I hope they will continue to do updates with updates to the upstairs as well.
